He protects Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana by killing Venezuela. He likes to mock UK for fighting Iceland over fish and loses. He gets confused with the similar flags, he mistakenly thinks that Greece son is Uruguay. He doesn't seem to get upset he picks his wrong son. When he loses a football game to Germany, he kills him out of his insanity. His personality is not much explored.
