France is a major character in The Kildovian Federation. She is the wife/girlfriend of Germany and the mother of EU.
Personality
France is a friendly, virtuous and kind country. She loves Germany despite sometimes disliking him being somewhat absurd and cruel. She doesn't like Germany being mean to other countries (Poland, Thuringia etc) and is shown disgusted that Germany is influencing EU absurdly (Bringing tank during her birthday, singing Eureka song to her, sharing their interest in bullying Poland etc), she hits him with her baguette or hand as a result of this. She finds it hard to take care of EU, especially she can't stop her crying or make her sleeping.
She gets jumpy in a forest as it's night, she gets frightened by Yemen (mistaken for Reichtangle).
Despite her disliking Germany being cruel to other countries, she would likes to partition Poland with Germany as she felt romantic after being asked. She also has cannibal trait, sharing with Germany as they eat them in German Rizz description.
She gets offended and upset when Germany wears his old flag. In Countryball costumes, France gets frightened by seeing Germany wearing German Empire's flag, later she accepts it as it's part of costumes. In Old flags, France gets offended after seeing Germany wearing German Third Reich's flag.
In France and Germany, when she hears the word "king" from Germany, she become malicious as she dislikes monarchy, she intends to kill him with with her favourite hardcore, guillotine. Despite her malicious, she still gets frightened by seeing Germany's corpse.
In Forgiveness, she felt bad as what she has done something something bad to her former colonies and wants to apologize for this. However, she can't apologize to Algeria as she finds him creepy and has infamous relations with him.

She is seen uninterested and not satisfied when Libya make a map of Switzerland being partitioned by France, Italy and Germany. She stare at Germany for interesting in Libya's plan as she's disapproved.

While she tells Canada that she buys so many baguettes and she referred to them as "pain", Canada holds a gun and point at her.

The problem with Switzerland
After Switzerland refuse to "take a side", she complains about this.
Best drink
She argues with Germany and Russia about having the best drink. Croatia walks to them with Coco Cola and asks them to try drinking it. After Germany drinks it, he screams, then everyone runs away except France, she approaches and asks him if he's okay.
