France is a major character in The Kildovian Federation. She is the wife/girlfriend of Germany and the mother of EU.

France is a friendly, virtuous and kind country. She loves Germany despite disliking him being somewhat absurd, selfish and mean.
She doesn't like Germany being mean to other countries (Poland, Thuringia etc).
She is shown disgusted that Germany is influencing EU absurdly (Bringing tank during her birthday, singing Eureka song to her, sharing their interest in bullying Poland etc), she hits him with her baguette or hand as a result of this.
She finds it hard to take care of EU, especially she can't stop her crying or make her sleeping.
She gets scared in a forest as it's night, she gets frightened by Reichtangle (mistaken for Yemen).
In France and Germany, when she hears the word "king" from Germany, she become malicious as she dislikes monarchy, she intends to kill him with with her favourite hardcore, guillotine.
