Lithuania is a character in The Kildovian Federation she's the husband and sometimes girlfriend of Poland.

In Male version, he seems to be more level-headed and intelligent than Estonia and Latvia. He argues with Russia that he claims Kaliningrad to be his.
In Female version, she's more fearful than her male version. In Germoney, while Lithuania worries about her family having no money, she's annoyed of Poland taking money from Germany.
