Poland is friendly. He would get partitioned by Germany and France for their romantic agenda. He wants to possess Kaliningrad, he wants to steal or take Kaliningrad from Russia. In The sad truth, when Poland finds out that California uses Fiji's tears to fill bottles by insulting Fiji, he disapproves her and throws his bottle at her.
