Russia is a major character in The Kildovian Federation, he's the brother of Belarus and Ukraine.

He's seen sitting in a bar with Ukraine, he asked her to make a joke. Despite her not wanting to hear a joke, he makes a joke calling her "My Kraine" instead of her name because she is Russian land. His face gets sprayed by her using pepper spray.
